Every Youstomize product is made to order — produced individually for you after purchase. This intentional model eliminates waste and ensures each item is crafted with care. Because production begins immediately, we are unable to accommodate returns for size selection errors, color changes, or change of mind. We encourage you to consult our size guide and review your order carefully before confirming.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand fully behind the quality of every Youstomize product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will make it right — no return shipment required.

Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@youstomize.store with:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Detailed photos of the defect or damage
  • An additional photo showing all affected items, if multiple pieces share the same issue

Once reviewed, you may choose one of the following:

  • Free Reprint — We will produce and ship a brand-new, flawless replacement at no cost to you.
  • Full Refund — We will process a complete refund to your original payment method, promptly and without complication.

No Exchanges — And Why That Protects You

Every Youstomize item is custom-made for you at the time of your order. To eliminate waste and uphold our commitment to responsible production, we do not offer exchanges.

What we do offer is full accountability: if anything is wrong with your order due to a defect or production error, we will send a replacement at no extra-cost or refund you in full — without asking you to return a thing.

Return Window

All defect and damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accommodated.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.

If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at hello@youstomize.store — we will follow up promptly.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for refunds based on preference. However, defective or damaged sale items remain fully covered under our quality guarantee above.
