About This Tee

It is 03:00. The destination is the ice machine. Someone is waiting for that cup.

For the night shift nurse who knows the importance of a small request in a long night, Ice Machine Expedition gives a familiar hallway trip its own title. The Only Trip That Matters at 03:00 is the dry joke behind a simple task that can mean a little comfort to the person waiting. Not every part of care makes a dramatic story. Some of it comes in a cup. Soft 100% ring-spun cotton at 153 g/m² makes a lightweight change for the hours after handover.

Wear it when your next kitchen trip is for yourself. Give it to the nurse who remembers the little requests alongside everything else on the list. Wear it with your overnight crew, who understand why an ice machine can be a landmark on the unit.

Expedition complete. Cup delivered. Back down the hall.

  • Soft, breathable off-duty comfort: 100% ring-spun cotton at 153 g/m².
  • A smooth body without side seams: tubular knit construction.
  • A supported neckline with less label irritation: ribbed collar, shoulder tape, and pearlized tear-away label.
  • Simple care between shifts: machine wash cold with similar colors and tumble dry on low; do not bleach.

Keep it looking good

You spend your shifts caring for others.

Here's how to care for the shirt that carries your story.

Washing

  • Machine wash cold — max 30°C / 90°F
  • Wash with similar colors to prevent color transfer
  • Turn the shirt inside out before washing — protects the print every time
  • Use a gentle cycle when possible
  • Avoid washing with heavy items like jeans or towels — they create friction that wears the print down

Drying

  • Tumble dry on low heat only
  • Remove promptly when dry — sitting in a hot dryer breaks down the print over time
  • Air drying is always the gentlest option — lay flat or hang to keep the shape
  • Don't high heat — it shrinks the fabric and cracks the design

Ironing

  • Iron on low heat only
  • Never iron directly on the print — always iron inside out or place a thin cloth over the design
  • Steam is fine — keep it moving, don't hold in one spot

Always Avoid

  • No bleach — ever
  • No dry cleaning
  • No wringing or twisting — it distorts the fabric
  • No ironing directly on the graphic

Pro Tips to Make It Last

  • Wash less frequently when possible — spot clean minor stains instead
  • Use a mild, fragrance-free detergent — harsh chemicals fade prints faster
  • For heather or blended colors, cold water is especially important to prevent color bleeding
  • Store folded, not hung — hanging stretches the collar over time

Treat it well and it'll be with you through hundreds of shifts — just like the calling that inspired it.

DESIGNED TO FEEL LIKE YOUR STORY

PREMIUM QUALITY

MADE TO SURVIVE AS MANY SHIFTS AS YOU DO

NOT MADE FOR EVERYONE

FOR THE NURSE WHO CLOCKS OUT BUT NEVER LEAVES THE SHIFT BEHIND

More for the nurse who knows exactly what the shift costs.

This isn't a uniform. It's a record.
Every shift you've worked, every room you've walked into,
every moment you held it together when you had every reason not to —
it's all in here.

Wear it like the credential it is.

Premium Quality • Made to Last

Thoughtfully Crafted for Everyday Shifts

Wear What Represents You

Designed Around Your Shift

Feels Good All Day

Comfort that stays with you, whether you're heading into a long shift or finally heading home.

Looks Good All Day

Your favorite design stays bold, so you can keep wearing the shirt you reach for again and again.

Easy to Wear Anywhere

Perfect on its own or under your scrub jacket, so you're comfortable wherever the day takes you.

Easy Care, Everytime

Machine washable and made for everyday life. Less time worrying about laundry, more time doing what matters most.

Always Looks Ready

Keeps its shape, so your tee looks just as good after many washes as it did on day one.

Made with care

Thoughtfully made with quality materials, so you can feel good about what you're wearing.

We chose Oeko-Tex certified, ethically sourced cotton because the people wearing these shirts spend their lives caring about what goes into the human body. We thought we should too.

My brand. Built from what I’ve seen working alongside nurses.

A note from the person behind YOUSTOMIZE

I work in healthcare. I’m not a nurse, and I won’t pretend I’ve worked your shift. But I’ve spent enough time alongside nurses to notice the things a slogan misses: the steady voice in a difficult room, the humor between colleagues, the quiet after a long day.

I started YOUSTOMIZE to make tees that feel closer to that reality. When you order here, you’re buying directly from my brand.

SOMETHING WRONG? WE'VE GOT YOU.

Made for you. Backed by us.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong — we reprint it or refund it. No return shipping. No runaround. Just send a photo within 30 days.

Have a question before you order — sizing, fit, fabric, bulk orders? We would rather answer it now than fix it later.

24–48 hours on business days, and often less.

Why should I choose this over a cheaper option?

Because comfort matters. This is ethically-grown US cotton (Oeko-Tex certified), made without harsh chemicals, and produced responsibly.

You're getting a shirt that feels good to wear and feels good to buy—quality fabric, sustainable practices, and a design that means something, your shift.

A familiar phrase. A shared joke. A part of you that doesn’t clock out.

Something of your shift stays with you

Sometimes a tee says something you don’t feel like explaining. It might remind you of your unit, the colleague who gets your humor, or a part of nursing that rarely makes it into anyone else’s story.

That’s what I want these designs to offer: recognition, without a speech. Something you can wear off shift and still feel like yourself. And when another nurse catches the reference, a small moment of “you know, too.”

You wear scrubs for the shift. You wear this for everything the shift leaves behind
